Phone notifications when work finishes

Get a push on your phone when a card finishes, your Right Hand replies, or something needs your approval.

You don't have to watch the screen while your Right Hand works. Dynamiq can tap you on the shoulder when something is ready.

What you get notified about

  • Your card finished. The push shows the first line of the result. Tap it to open the conversation.
  • Your Right Hand replied, when you have left the conversation while it was still working.
  • Something needs you, such as an approval waiting, a new action item assigned to you, or a skill run finishing.

Turn it on

  1. Install the phone app and sign in.
  2. Allow notifications when iPhone asks. If you said no, turn them on for Dynamiq AI in the iPhone's Settings.
  3. In Dynamiq, make sure the Tap on the shoulder skill is on. It is off for new accounts until you switch it on.

If nothing arrives

  • Check that Tap on the shoulder is on.
  • Check that the phone app is signed in on the same account. A push only goes to a phone that has opened the app and registered.
  • Check iPhone notifications for Dynamiq AI are allowed and Focus mode isn't hiding them.
  • You won't get a push for a reply you are already looking at.
