Connect CrowdView

CrowdView is Crowd7's client-review tool. This integration is for people with a CrowdView login; if you don't have one, skip it.

How to connect

1. Open Settings, then Integrations & Skills.
2. Under Add an integration, find CrowdView and select Connect.
3. Your browser opens the provider's own sign-in page. Sign in and approve access. Sign in with your CrowdView login.
4. Return to Dynamiq. The CrowdView icon now shows a green dot, which means connected.

What your Right Hand can do

• See what is awaiting client review and open a review
• Read the client's approvals and notes (the team's internal notes stay internal)
• Upload assets and post new versions into a draft review
• Log and update client requests

What it can't do

• Send a review to a client on its own

What waits for your approval

• Asking to send a review to the client always waits for your approval.
• Uploading assets, posting versions, renaming and editing requests may ask first.

How to disconnect

1. Open Settings, then Integrations & Skills.
2. Select the CrowdView icon, then Disconnect, then confirm.

Dynamiq stops using CrowdView straight away. You can also remove Dynamiq from the provider's own list of connected apps. Where that lives varies, so look for something like Connected apps or Third-party access in your CrowdView account settings (menu names are approximate).

Common problems

• The icon shows "Reconnect needed". CrowdView stopped accepting the saved sign-in (a password change or a removed app does this). Select the icon, then Reconnect, and sign in again.
• Nothing happens after you approve in the browser. The handoff back to Dynamiq can be blocked. Wait a few seconds; Dynamiq keeps checking for about three minutes. If it still shows "Waiting for sign-in", select Try again.
• The tile says "not set up on the server yet". That's on our side. Email help@dynamiqai.io.
