Working with large files
What to do when a file is too big to open, search or upload.
Very large files can be slow to upload or may be skipped when BrainiQ reads your files to answer a question.
If a file won't upload or open
- Check that your connection is stable, then try again. Large uploads need a steady connection.
- Split the file, or export only the part you need (for example a single sheet from a big spreadsheet, or a page range from a long PDF).
- Compress images and video before adding them.
- For a repository, point BrainiQ at the specific file or folder you need rather than the whole project.
